Torn Frakt AB Skin ComboPack [1.42.x]

So as I said old mods would get an update and here comes one more. Torn Frakt skin for both Volvo FH by Pendragon and Scania S.
Skin adds:
Cabin skin and box skin (only 4.4m revision ekeri box) for Scania NG S
Cabin and Box skin for Volvo FH by Pendragon (only 4.4m revision ekeri box)
Skin for revision Ekeri r19.5 dolly trailer.
Skin for JS Truckstyling lightbox with michelin dolls
