SonAmy skin 1.0 [1.3.x]

This is the first Euro Truck Simulator 2 skin featuring Sonic the Hedgehog and Amy Rose. Years ago there was the Sonic and Super Mario skin and that’s where I got the idea.
BUG:
In parts with exposed sheet metal, there are defects;
The words “Sonic” and “Amy Rose” on the sides are covered by the number of horse power.
I will fix them in the next versions
Compatible for 1.38 and beyond
