De Haan Transport combo for vanilla curtainsider trailer [1.3.x]

This is a replica of the Scania fleet of the company called V.O.F. Transportbedrijf G.L. De Haan. The trailer skin is for the SCS Box curtainsider only. The lightbox skin is included (for 50K addons).
Tested on 1.37.
