NO DAMAGE mod for 1.51 [1.4.x]

Mod works only on 1.49!
This mod is about not getting any damage and wear:
# damage dealt to truck and trailer
# damage distribution to truck parts
# damage distribution to trailer parts and cargo
# truck wear per km of drive
# trailer wear per km of drive
