Fix for Rusmap v 2.1 Shadows v 1.1 [1.3.x]

Shadows were added for 69 models of building.
Fixed vertex colors.
For version 1.37.x
Fix must be above rusmap files.
Version 1.1 – fixed bug with missing texture.
