Ferry DLC RttBS – SouthernRegion7.9 for patch 1.36.2.x [1.3.x]

This mod uses the ferry routes in the area of Galati (Romania):
Bralia(Romania) and Novorossiysk(Russia) – 9 hours 30 minutes on the way.
Novorossiysk(Russia) and Smardan(Romania) – 9 hours on the way.
Ports Novorossiysk, Bralia and Smardan works both for import and export of goods and cargo.
Set with a higher priority than all maps.
Tested on patch 1.36.2.11
