Latvia rebuild release 1.26 [1.26.x]

This is a map for ProMods 2.51 which changes/adds roads in and around Latvia.

– Updated to game version 1.39 along with ProMods 2.51
– Added A10/P120 interchange and a little bit of Talsi
– General reskin of A10
– Added a new ‘citro’ company in Engure
